Returns Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. The item must have all original tags attached. The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Items that do not meet these conditions (e.g., worn, damaged, or altered in any way) will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable:
Sale or clearance items. Gift cards. Intimate or personal items such as lingerie or swimwear.
Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at rogergourley@alivewearcollection.com with your order number, a description of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the invoice or proof of purchase. Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will process your refund.
Shipping Costs for Returns Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item was marked as a gift, refunds will be issued as store credit.
Exchanges If you need a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item following the return process above and placing a new order for the replacement.
